How long does delivery take in India?
Processing takes 1-2 business days. Shipping takes 3-7 business days across India. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai) typically receive orders within 3-5 days. Remote pincodes may take up to 10 days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also check status anytime from My Orders in your account.
My order has not arrived. What should I do?
First check the tracking link for the latest status. If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, please WhatsApp +91 96500 31394 with your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We ship within 1-2 business days, so we can only modify orders within 4 hours of placement. Please WhatsApp us immediately at +91 96500 31394.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! COD is available for orders up to ₹2000 across most pincodes in India. A small COD handling fee may apply at checkout.
When is shipping free?
Free delivery on all orders above ₹499. Below that, a flat ₹49 shipping fee applies.
Can I use multiple promo codes on one order?
Only one promo code per order. However, promo codes can stack with our free shipping benefit.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within India only. Stay tuned — international shipping is on our roadmap!
What is your return policy?
30-day returns on all unused, unopened items in original packaging.
Who pays for return shipping?
For non-quality returns, you cover return shipping. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover all costs.
Are there any hygiene restrictions on returns?
For safety, opened or used feeding bottles, pacifiers, soft toys, bibs, and undergarments cannot be returned once unsealed.
My item arrived damaged. What now?

I received the wrong product.

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
What does "BPA-free" mean?
BPA is a chemical found in some plastics. All Snowie Soft products are 100% BPA-free, made from food-grade silicone, ABS, or LFGB-certified materials.
What is CE certification and why does it matter?
CE marking confirms a product meets European safety standards. Our products carry CE certification.
Is your silicone safe for babies to chew?
Yes. Food-grade silicone certified by LFGB and FDA. Hypoallergenic, free from BPA / PVC / phthalates.
Can I use Snowie products in microwave or dishwasher?
Most silicone feeding sets are microwave-safe and top-rack dishwasher-safe. Check care label.
How do I sterilize Snowie baby products?
Boil silicone items in clean water for 5 minutes, OR use a steam sterilizer.
What age range and weight does the Hip Seat Carrier support?
Suitable from 3 months to 36 months. Maximum weight 20 kg.
How do I wear the Hip Seat Carrier correctly?
Step 1: Adjust waist belt snug. Step 2: Place baby in M-position. Step 3: Cross-body shoulder straps.
Is it safe for newborns?
Use only if your baby has neck control (typically 3+ months).
How do I wash the carrier?
Remove foam insert, then machine wash cold on gentle cycle. Air dry only. No bleach, no tumble dry.
Can I use the carrier for travel?
Yes — folds compactly. Check airline's carrier policy as rules vary.
At what age can my baby use the silicone feeding set?
Recommended from 6 months (start of weaning) onwards.
How do I clean the silicone plate and bowl?
Hand wash with warm soapy water, OR top-rack dishwasher safe.
Are the feeding sets dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes! Dishwasher-safe (top rack) and microwave-safe (low to medium power, 30-60 seconds).
When should I replace silicone feeding items?
Replace if you see cracks, tears, sticky residue. Typically every 6-12 months.
Do the suction bases really stay put?
On smooth, clean, dry surfaces — yes. Won't work on textured tablecloths.
What age are the cloth books suitable for?
Designed for 0-24 months. Sensory pages engage babies as early as 3 months.
Are toys non-toxic and safe for chewing?
All toys use baby-safe, non-toxic dyes. CE choking-hazard tested.
Can I machine wash the cloth books?
Yes — gentle cycle, cold water, mesh laundry bag. Air dry flat.
Are there any choking hazards?
Toys meet CE standards. Always supervise babies under 3.
How do I find the right Indian baby clothing size?
Check size chart on each product page. Sizes: 0-3M, 3-6M, 6-12M, 12-18M, 18-24M.
Will the clothing shrink after washing?
All clothing is pre-shrunk during manufacturing.
Should I size up?
Size up by one bracket if between sizes — most styles have generous stretch.
