Track Orders
We make tracking your Snowie Soft order simple. Choose the option that works best for you below.
Option 1 — Track via your account
If you placed your order while logged in, just go to My Orders in your account dashboard.
Option 2 — Track via tracking link
Once your order ships, we send the tracking link directly via:
- Email — check your inbox (and spam folder) for our shipping confirmation
- SMS — sent to the mobile number you provided at checkout
