3.Products, Pricing & GST

  • All prices on the Site are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST as applicable under the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.

4.Orders, Payments & COD

  • An order is considered placed only upon successful payment confirmation (or COD verification).
  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, popular Indian wallets (Paytm, PhonePe), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders up to ₹2,000.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order — including but not limited to suspected fraud, address mismatch, stockouts, or breach of these Terms.
  • An order confirmation email is not a guarantee of acceptance; we may cancel and refund within 24 hours of placement if needed.

5.Shipping & Delivery

Snowie Soft is not liable for delivery delays caused by carrier issues, natural events, government restrictions, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

6.Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Our return, exchange, and refund terms are detailed on our Returns & Exchanges page, which forms part of these Terms by reference. Highlights:

  • 30-day return window from delivery
  • Hygiene restrictions apply to opened feeding bottles, pacifiers, soft toys, and bibs
  • Refunds processed within 5–7 business days of receipt of return
